"MILDEW" A living organism that grows with warmth, humidity, and nutrients............

It is a fungi that has many colors. It can be white, green, rust and even black. Black being the most common. As strange as it may be, mildew can lie dormant during winter months and come back to life as soon as spring comes around. Chlorine (bleach) is only a temporary fix, kills very little, and as soon as any light hits it, the mildew begins again.

it was discovered that fabrics made with natural fibers have a better resistance to fungi and bacteria. Dow-Corning Corporation has done a great deal of research on this subject, and have introduced chemicals for use in the manufacturing of synthetic fibers.

In 1983, our lab discovered that to treat all fabrics we needed a formula that included a chemical agent that addressed not only odor-causing bacteria, but the bacteria and fungi problem as well.

Our research found that an "organosilicon" made with a quaternary compound derived from ammonium was the answer (there is no form of ammonium in our product)... we call our product: Mildew Stain Away

Q: How do I remove mildew from clothing?
A: First take clothing outdoors, shake and brush off any loose growth. Next, pre-soak item in Mildew Stain Away, spray over stained areas, soak for two hours, then put in washing machine. If stains remain, repeat washing, add 1/2 Cup of Mildew Stain Away. Dry items along with regular wash, heat and sun will help destroy mildew.

Do not use bleach when using Mildew Stain Away.

Treating carpets, rugs and drapes.
Spray on lightly, scrub with sponge or brush, let set 15 minutes, rinse and repeat if needed.

Around the house treatment.
In dark area closets, garages, closed rooms, spray at the base then over walls. Use a sponge and cover all areas to be treated. If mildew is in the walls, drill small holes and pour Mildew Stain Away in, then cover the holes. This is the fastest way to treat it at the source.

Remember, Mildew can cause sickness and even death in small children because of the spores it gives off that fly unseen around the room, then clings to walls, or is inhaled by small children.

Do not let Mildew go untreated, its a killer.
